Do you do giftwrapping?
Please let us know if your purchase is a gift being sent directly to the recipient, and we will we will giftwrap it and include a personalised gift note.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail fully tracked service, which can take 2-3 days after dispatch. I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment.
How sustainable is your packaging?
All orders are packaged in biodegradable boxes and mailers. No plastic is used in my packaging. Any cello is biodegradable, plant-based, and certified biodegradable to the highest EU specifications.
