Our Philosophy
Natural fibres
I use only natural, time-tested fibres like linen, wool and cotton for luxury and sustainability, without compromise, and sourcing yarns from UK and EU-based spinners. I also naturally dye some of my yarns with plant-based dyes! Read more about my process and ethos, as well as sustainability initiatives in the studio.
Heritage craft skills
I believe in preserving and sharing heritage craft skills. Helde textiles are woven on traditional, wooden floor looms, where patterns in the fabric are created by manually pressing foot pedals.
